Important Notice: New Climate Crisis Resilience Fee

Please be aware that as of January 1, 2024 (with updated rates from January 1, 2025), the Greek government has implemented a "Climate Crisis Resilience Fee."

This fee is charged per villa, per night, and is not included in your booking price. The amount is €15 per day.

This is a mandatory fee that must be paid directly at your accommodation, upon check-out, and is separate from your total vacation stay cost. The funds collected contribute to Greece's efforts in climate change resilience and disaster recovery.
